Shipping policy

All orders are shipped directly from our design studio on the mid north coast of NSW Australia. 

We do our best to dispatch orders on the same or the next business day however please allow 72 hours to process your order.  We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. 

A shipping confirmation, including tracking details will be emailed as soon as your order has been sent.

Once your order has shipped and you have received your tracking number please contact Australia Post for any delivery enquiries, be. is no longer responsible once your order has shipped.
